About us

Uncorked Delites is our family-run, Tejana-inspired dessert and snack business based in Snohomish County, Washington. I’m Yvonne Marisol—a proud Tejana who grew up in Texas and has called Washington home for more than 20 years. Uncorked Delites is my way of sharing the flavors, memories, and traditions I grew up with while creating something new for our community here in the Pacific Northwest.

The idea started years ago in conversations with my grandma. We would talk about opening something of our own someday, and over time that dream grew into what Uncorked Delites is today. Now, my family and I bring our freshly made churros, specialty drinks, and Tex-Mex-inspired snacks to local markets, festivals, community events, and private celebrations.

The support we’ve received from our customers and community—means more to us than we can say.

Our churro menu changes with the seasons, mixing customer favorites with new specialty creations throughout the year. We love experimenting with flavors, creating fun secret-menu items, and giving customers something new to look forward to each time they find us.

For now, you’ll find us serving from our pop-up booth, but the dream keeps growing. One day, we hope to take Uncorked Delites on the road in a food trailer of our own.
