About us

Uncorked Delites is our family-run, Tejana-inspired dessert and snack business based right here in Snohomish County, Washington. I’m Yvonne Marisol—a proud Tejana who grew up in Texas and has called Washington home for over 20 years. This venture is my love letter to the flavors I grew up with, filled with tradition, nostalgia, and cultural pride.

What began as a dream my grandma and I often talked about has grown into something real and meaningful. Now, my husband, kids, and I bring our handcrafted churros, drinks, and Tex-Mex-inspired snacks to local markets and events. Every item is made fresh to order under our white 10x10 pop-up tent, and we hope to one day run Uncorked Delites out of our own food truck.

On especially busy days, we’re lucky to have a few close friends jump in to help us out—making our booth feel like a true community effort. We’re so grateful for the support and love they bring.

Our churro menu rotates with the seasons, so there’s always something new to try. While a few staple flavors are always on hand, our seasonal specials let us get creative and keep things exciting for our customers.
