About us

Uncorked Delites is a family owned and managed business founded in Arlington, Wa. My name is Marisol and I am a Tejana that started Uncorked Delites to share my childhood desserts and snacks in my community. I have lived in Washington state for over 20 years and always dreamed of one day opening a Tex/Mex restaurant. My grandma and I talked about it all the time for years. 

The pandemic helped me see that there really is no better time to do something than now. I am a self-taught baker making and pairing desserts, breads and snacks inspired by the food I grew up eating in Texas. 

My husband, two kids and I run Uncorked Delites and you can find us throughout Snohomish County in our 10x10 booth. If we are lucky, a few of our friends will even come out and pitch a hand to help us keep up with demand! We have the best friends in the world. <3

One day we will have enough money saved up to run Uncorked Delites out of a food truck but for now all our handcrafted churros, drinks and snacks are made onsite under a white 10x10 popup tent. 

Our churro selection changes with the season and although we will have a couple of staples at every event we will change our seasonal selections between events.
